What’s happening?

As previously communicated, SPW is now wholly owned by Lloyds Banking Group, one of the UK’s largest retail banking groups. From 5 May 2026, our name and branding have changed to Lloyds Wealth (ACD). You’ll now see our new name across our letters, emails, website and online services.

Do I need to do anything?

No. There is no action required. 

Are Schroders still involved?

Yes. Schroders Investment Management Limited remain the fund manager for the Lloyds Wealth (ACD) funds, meaning you continue to benefit from their investment expertise.

Will the way my investments are managed change?

No. There is no change to how the funds are managed. The day‑to‑day management of the ACD’s funds continues to be carried out by Schroder Investment Management, and the funds continue to be managed in line with their existing investment objectives and policies.

Will there be any changes to the funds?

No. There are no changes to the investment strategy, risk profile or charges of the funds as a result of the rebrand. Any future changes would be communicated to investors in line with regulatory requirements.

Will the fund names change?

Yes. From 5 May 2026, the names of our Investment Companies (ICVCs) and sub‑funds have changed to reflect the Lloyds Wealth brand. These new names will appear on your statements and on our online portal. There are no changes to the underlying investments.

Will this effect fund performance?

No. Fund performance continues to depend on market conditions and investment strategy, which remain unchanged and continue to be implemented by the fund manager.

What has happened to the SPW (ACD) Brand?

From 5 May 2026, SPW (ACD) now operates under the name Lloyds Wealth (ACD). You’ll see this new name across our communications, website and online services.

Have there been changes to the online portal?

Yes. The portal has been updated and now has a refreshed look, with new features designed to make it easier to use.

  • You continue to use the same username and password
  • When logging in for the first time since the update, you’ll be asked to re‑enter your password
  • The portal’s Terms & Conditions have been updated to reflect our new name and contact details

Has the website changed?

Yes. As you can see, our website is now hosted at a Lloyds Wealth address. You can continue to find the same information and resources on our ACD direct investor hub.

Will my charges or account details change?

No. Your account details, fees and risk profile remain the same.
